Here’s what you would be doing day-to-day:
- Draft pitches, press releases for tier 2-3 media, bylines, speaking abstracts, award submissions, campaign plans and briefing materials
- Build media and influencer lists through research and PR tools like MuckRack
- Regularly monitor media, provide analysis and report on metrics
- Proactively pitch media and influencers and develop media relationships
- Oversee speaking and awards programs
- Support the planning and organizing of press/analyst tours and tradeshows
- Mentor Account Coordinators
Qualifications include:
- 1-3 years of communications or PR experience, preferably with technology companies or related industries
- Experience working with clients (prior agency experience is a plus, but not required)
- Excellent organizational, communications (written and verbal) and time management skills
- Proficiency with basic computer and PR tech applications including MuckRack, Lexis, Sysomos, Meltwater, CatchPole, Google Docs and News Alerts, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to travel to and from client meetings as appropriate
Bonus points for any of the following:
- Technology experience with audience insights, podcasting, video, etc.
- Knowledge in any of our practice areas: Fintech, Life Sciences, Trust (Cyber Security), Commerce & Supply Chain (Retail/Marketing/Sales Tech), Future Stack (Enterprise), Future of Work, and Corporate

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills and prior relevant experience.

Pay Range: Expected Salary range depending on experience: $57,000-$76,000, not including year end profit sharing bonus.
