Job Brief
The Digital Marketing Manager will assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. She/He will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing enrollments and revenue. She/He will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
NOTE: This role is a hybrid role. On specific days throughout the week, the Digital Marketing Manager will required to be in the office and on others, he/she will have the freedom to work from home.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies to build digital connections with prospective students
- Launch optimized online advertisements through Paid Search, Google Adwords, etc. to increase organizational and brand awareness, as well as lead generation
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Develop the digital marketing strategy, KPI’s and roadmap
- Manage implementation and maintenance of SEM best practices
- Work with colleagues and IT to design and execute SEM and digital advertising campaigns that drives leads to our website
- Participate in all other marketing team activities and planning sessions
- Work collaboratively with other team departments
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong experience in web optimization, design, content, SEO, and SEM
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- An in-depth understanding of Search, Social, Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing
- Multichannel marketing project management
- Experience with MS Office Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven experience working in a team setting
- Ability to collaborate and work in cross-departmental settings
- Independent and drive
Education & Experience
- Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field.
- Two years of hands-on experience. Must have experience that correlates with above requirements and be prepared to present portfolio and provide digital examples at time of the interview.
