The Opportunity
The Travel Retail Americas Digital Graduate will support the Brand Marketing Managers in developing and leading PUIG brand’s unique digital marketing strategy with a 360 degree perspective, contributing to the overarching marketing strategy per brand across TRA. Through the creation and implementation of a short to mid-term strategy per brand, prioritizing brands and resources accordingly, this role will amplify and elevate our portfolio’s digital initiatives across multiple consumer engagement touchpoints.
This is a new role within the TRA Marketing Team, and will require an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong collaborative spirit, and a hands on approach. The focus will be on PUIG’s TRA Brands Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier and Penhaligon’s, with an opportunity to extend to further brands in the portfolio.
What you´ll get to do
Support the 360 digital marketing strategy per brand:
-Establish together with Brand Marketing Managers a short to mid-term digital marketing roadmap per brand, aimed at elevating the consumer journey across multiple consumer touchpoints.
-Design digital strategies that encompass special brand activations, paid media, special influencer activations, trade & permanent visibility.
-Drive digital marketing initiatives from creation to execution by collaborating with brand marketing teams, commercial teams, In-store teams, Global Travel Retail Digital Manager.
-Ensure synergies across digital 360 and all other marketing initiatives, to contribute to a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan.
-Adapt Brand’s assets to TRA’s needs and creatively propose brand asset development when needed to secure locally relevant content.
Function as the digital marketing expert on digital brand initiatives & competitive actions:
-Work with PUIG Group’s digital resources, brand holders, retailers, to explore, propose and implement digital tools across the digital space.
-Become an expert in the TRA digital marketing space – sharing insights on digital trends, emerging brands, creative local initiatives, etc.
-Keep a finger on the pulse of the competition, identifying strong digital initiatives across the region that are both global and local executions.
-Identify gaps and areas of opportunity unique to TRA and propose ways to conquer these points.
Among other responsibilities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience; working experience in related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong marketing acumen and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication effectiveness, integrity and trust, managing diversity and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interest in travel retail industry, retail trends, innovation and digital passion about the fragrance beauty and luxury industry.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Effectively skilled in Microsoft Office.
