Job Description

Looking for a well-organized and experienced Coordinator to join the Theatrical Publicity Special Projects & Events team to help with logistics, planning, and coordination of all events.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist with premiere planning and post-celebration details
  • Book travel for all talent & filmmakers including flights, hotels and airport transfers
  • Draft and distribute premiere talent/filmmaker schedules
  • Negotiates contracts with vendors, including talent needs and glam teams
  • Manage Universal branded print materials and promotional item orders
  • Lead on any non-Sr Exec premiere invites and communication (i.e., industry and internal)
  • Oversee celebrity requests for premieres and manage influencer/celeb carpet access
  • Support Assistant with Will Call prep
  • PCard reconciliation, invoice processing
  • Confirm prints for non-premiere/tastemaker screenings, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in studio, agency or network Events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Must be available to work overtime and extended hours as needed to work at Premieres/Special Events/Screenings and Awards Events

Eligibility Requirements

Additional Requirements

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 (Not bonus eligible)
