We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Sr. Manager Americas who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Senior VP of Americas, your focus will be on leading a growth-oriented and performance-led marketing strategy aligned with outstanding synergies on Lovehoney.com and Lovehoney.ca .
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns and best-practices to drive growth by maximizing revenue while defending margin.
  • Manage a team of digital talents, motivating and inspiring them to excel in their own channels and for the wider business objectives.
  • Oversee the Americas Marketing Plan to ensure campaigns and messaging on-point for the Lovehoney brand, synergizing global innovation while tailoring to market needs.
  • Be the de-facto North America Digital Marketing expert, coach and firefighter to support VP and team objectives, as and when opportunity comes and priority demands.
  • Be fluent in smart conversations regarding Ecommerce, CRO, SEA, SEO, Affiliate, CRM, Influencer Marketing and wider Digital Marketing activities – having a data-led and consumer-oriented approach across all touch-points.
  • Act as the key bridge between on-site and off-site promotion, actively engaging on how to maximize return from digital marketing actions.
  • Monitor, record and evaluate performance reporting via Tableau data-warehouse and web analytics in accordance with internal processes.
  • Work closely with central team of experts to synergize global learnings, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies, and devise industry-leading performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce agencies or a similar in-house role.
  • Be extremely well organized and accountable: read data-fluency, to-do lists, automated reports, project management software.
  • Be a problem-solver and early-adopter by nature.
  • Maintain a high level of independence and responsibility for achieving results.
  • Native or Fluent level of English, with strong communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge of North American Digital Marketing landscape.
  • National and international travel may be required.
