Overview
As the Director of Client Services for Samsung influencer, your remit will be 100% dedicated to Samsung as the demands of the business are akin to several accounts in one. This role is part of a high performance team working in a fast paced, creative environment on one of the highest ad spend global businesses on the planet, and in partnership with Cheil. Tight turnarounds, the ability to flex between managing and doing the work, and the need for additional time and energy at key project milestones add to the intensity and invigoration of this role. This role will function with great independence, and has the ability to make a substantial impact on a key client.
The Director of Client Services is the business lead for the influencer marketing discipline within the larger Samsung team.
Responsibilities
Leadership
-Be the McKinney Samsung Team role model on what it means to be a positive, proactive and productive brand team member.
-Be the McKinney Samsung Team role model on how we guide, advise, and stimulate our aggregate cross functional influencer team for Samsung, by way of day-to-day coaching, and strategic account leadership.
-Set the standard for how we build strong, highly responsive, trusting relationships with Samsung and Cheil that go beyond social and build hunger for bold, untested ideas.
-Lead with influencer, data and strategic partners to create bespoke, high quality, effective work.
-Accountable for both consistently delivering data driven strategic thought leadership across the Samsung business and delivering the basics flawlessly.
-Facilitate and promote Agency initiatives inside and outside the building as a true business ambassador including helping to recruit exceptional talent in all functions and leveraging relationships to develop new business prospects.
-Exude the charisma and savvy required to build followers.
Account Management
-Be the undisputed expert on the Samsung business.
-Create and grow solid Samsung client relationships (inclusive of senior-level/C-Suite clients) working with the Cheil Dallas Chief of Staff and provide key strategic initiatives/thinking.
-Develop exceptional relationship with partner agencies to delivery industry leading work for client.
-Accountable for organic account growth as well as client satisfaction and retention by identifying clients’ share/stakeholder success metrics and developing and executing marketing programs that deliver business results that meet/exceed these metrics.
-Develop and execute client engagement strategy(ies) in collaboration with agency/client teams and discipline leads.
-Own and champion the account plan for assigned client, ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
-Continually protect the best interest of the agency’s financials including resource allocation, proactive investments, non billable expenses, etc.
-Ensure management practices within the department are professional, timely and in the best interest of McKinney’s profitability.

Experience
-12 + years of agency experience with proven track record of managing at least $10 million of revenue.
-Has successfully led brand efforts for multiple clients.

-Demonstrated success in achieving organic growth from existing clients and has pitched and won new business.
