Additional hours will be required to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This job is not suitable for remote work and is expected to work regular on-site hours. Travel is required.
Purpose
Produce creative content for the purpose of growing the Texas Football brand as well as producing creative content for internal and external program needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for compelling high-impact video content to help drive the recruiting efforts and promotion of the Texas Football program.
- Serve as a project manager on various campaigns, special initiatives, and creative requests.
- Plan, capture and edit compelling video content from games, practices, workouts, and events to be used in recruiting, on social media and any other team needs.
- Contribute to the content calendar and strategy of the Texas Football creative team.
- Manipulate existing graphic/video templates and create new designs for use in recruiting and on social media.
- Work closely with the Director of Player Personnel and recruiting staff to coordinate content shoots and content needs for on-campus recruiting visits.
- Assist the Director of Creative Media, as assigned.

Fully cooperate with any investigation by providing complete and accurate information when requested to do so by Texas Athletics and/or the NCAA and do not influence others in any way during an investigation. QualificationsBachelor's degree. Professional experience creating video and graphic content for a brand social media account. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills required. High proficiency in Adobe CC, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design. Experience creating content for a brand social media account. Ability to challenge the status quo while still maintaining the integrity of a brand. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred QualificationsTwo years of professional experience creating video and graphic content for a brand social media account. Experience working with a collegiate or professional sports team.Driving RequiredThis job requires a class "C" operator's driver's license. The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident. Employees who are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).Salary Range$50,000 + depending on qualificationsWorking Conditions
