Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Retail Media), you'll be part of a team responsible for the day to day planning, implementation and tracking of short-term and long-term digital advertising campaigns from external suppliers to H-E-B. As part of the new and emerging Retail Media space, you will be working alongside H-E-B Partners in multiple departments to bring the stories of products and vendors to life through the Retail Media Network through project management on taking digital campaigns from input to reality.

We are looking for:
- a bachelor's degree; 3 years of experience
- someone with a passion for digital marketing, project management, and communication
- working knowledge of social platforms, influencer marketing, and the retail media landscape
- experience in digital content creation, project management, or ad trafficking for a consumer-facing brand or within an agency
- proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and other project management tools
What is the work?
- Mange online digital advertising, third party marketing and social media campaigns – from planning to execution
- Creative project management and implementation for advertising campaigns within the HRM (H-E-B Retail Media) line of business
- Coordinate assets between internal teams and third parties (including external agencies) to execute media plans
- Collect input and assets from stakeholders and external companies to brief design team on campaign requests
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams on vision and goals for specific campaigns, status updates and changes
- Manage the digital content development and publishing process
- Work with influencers through influencer marketing organization to brief on campaign goals
- Align with internal teams on standards and processes
- Write briefs for digital marketing campaigns from HRM suppliers
- Work with H-E-B Partners and business units to proactively solicit details needed to create content that delivers on business goals; translates concepts and strategies into briefs for designers that convey brand tone and encourages customers to take desired actions
- Maintain knowledge of social / digital platforms through insights, immersion, and regular interaction to create customer-first and channel-tailored content
- Ensure continuous digital innovation aimed at establishing H-E-B as a leader in digital marketing
- Monitor competitive initiatives; stays current on digital marketing innovations; identifies new opportunities for H-E-B
- Adhere to stringent deadlines to ensure smooth flow of content projects through the department and allow for special projects, pre-work, and rush assignments
- Distribute work to / oversees third-party vendors / agencies
- Track and update reports with pertinent information about projects
- Attend meetings and internal briefings
- Route creative for approval and feedback, synthesizing before providing to third parties
What is your background?
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, digital marketing or related field, or comparable experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, editing, advertising, project management, or related work
- Experience in advertising or marketing and project management
