Position Overview
At Open English, we are looking for a Bilingual (English - Portuguese), dynamic and innovative Social Media Analyst to join our B2B marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the content strategy and implementation, and day-to-day administration of all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Tik Tok) of our two brands: Open English and Open English Junior.
Responsibilities
- Developing the organic content for two brands on social media. Researching & interviewing fonts may be required.
- Briefing the designer team weekly and following up the deliverables
- Care for the aesthetics and reputation of the brands
- Review and approve all contents before it’s published
- Scheduling posts
- Creating UTMs for monitoring source of traffic
- Analyzing social media post metrics and maintain the reports weekly updated
- Researching new social media trends and tools
- Bring innovative ideas to the table and execute them
- Work together with the service team to ensure interaction with audience
- Assisting influencer campaigns (briefing, researching profiles, etc)
- Leading a junior assistant
Qualifications
- Experience with social media, especially content creation for lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and Tools (Google Analytics, Postgrain, Social Studio, Sprinkle and Meta Business) and digital marketing campaigns
- Advanced English level
- Ability to work remotely and be productive, managing multiple tasks.
- Graduation in Social Communications or related areas
- Candidate must be living in São Paulo city and available for regular in-person meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate Spanish
- Ability to create rapport with different teams
