Job Description Summary

As an On-Camera Short-Form Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing short-form videos for social media platforms. You will be the face of the KISS brands and will work closely with the social media team and other cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute video projects that align with the brand’s messaging and objectives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create on-camera short-form videos for social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Develop creative concepts for videos that align with the brand’s messaging and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the social media team, marketing team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that videos are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Write scripts and prepare for on-camera performances.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends and techniques to ensure that videos are visually appealing and engaging.
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand image across all video content.
  • Manage multiple video projects and ensure that deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, film, media, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in video production or content creation.
  • Experience in front of camera, with an ability to deliver engaging performances.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong creative skills and ability to develop compelling concepts for short-form videos.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
