As Omnichannel Marketing Manager you will lead our retailer paid media and other shopper programs to drive consumer engagement, acquisition, and conversion across key retailers. You will lead the development and execution of insight led marketing programs that help drive shoppers through their purchase journey to deliver retailer focused marketing activations. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and you will work closely with other functions including Sales, as well as external agency partners and retailers.

Primary Responsibilities

· Develop omnichannel strategies for the brand in support of our growth objectives leveraging key media trends and retailer insights.

· Lead planning and execution of retailer omnichannel strategies and programs to build visibility achieve sales and ROAS objectives for the brand across touchpoints including Target, Walmart, Amazon DSP, Kroger, Instacart, and other key retailers.

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the messaging and tactics align with programing at key accounts.

· Collaborate with the marketing peers on development of integrated marketing campaigns, i.e., Social, Experiential, Influencer

· Conduct post-program performance analysis, review market trends and insights to provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

· Manage omnichannel marketing budget and spending via a "ROI" approach.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has an authentic passion for digital media and advertising with experience working in a media/creative agency, retailer media, or consumer packaged goods.

Ideal Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of relevant digital media experience: advertising, retailer, planning. Ideal candidate will be familiar with retailer media customer strategies.

· BA/BS in a related field such as Marketing, Business, Communications

· Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills

· Proven analytical capability pulling and deriving insights from data, preferably fluent with IRI/Nielsen and or/other first party retailer data

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to get quickly up to speed with business intelligence systems

Other Qualifications:

· Entrepreneurial: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and lean organization

· Analytical: Strong knowledge of media research (vendors), tracking and reporting processes, yet just as comfortable using soft data (intuition) to make decisions

· Results-Oriented: Proven ability to improve return on advertising spending and scaling spend while increasing ROAS
