THE ROLE:

The Audio team at Athletic Greens is looking for an experienced, highly organized and collaborative Manager, Audio Partnerships to support the ongoing strategic management of our Podcast Partnerships program. This role sits on the Partnerships team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Audio Partnerships.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about their work, are accountable, and who possess strong communication skills. This individual will work closely with our podcast partners building long-lasting effective and trusting working relationships that are in support of Athletic Greens business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage strategic partnerships with a portfolio of podcasts (including direct and network relationships), all the way from creative strategy, to ad trafficking, to campaign optimization.
  • Provide brand and product education to our partners to drive successful ambassadorship.
  • Measure the effectiveness of each campaign against performance guardrails and provide recommendations to enable partners to maximize customer acquisition.
  • Help drive efficient performance that is tracked daily, weekly and monthly vs. aggressive growth and ROI targets.
  • Perform in-depth competitive and industry research to help us keep our media partnerships strategy cutting-edge.
  • Lead and support other strategic projects and initiatives to support the Partnerships team in working with the Creator Economy.
  • Negotiate/renegotiate efficiencies with the partners to maintain optimal business outcomes.
  • Support partnerships team with special projects and initiatives as necessary.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years experience in performance or growth marketing, media buying, influencer marketing, and/or brand partnerships (audio experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in client management and fostering effective business partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Tableau or similar BI platform experience a plus).
  • Highly detail oriented and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Self-starter, embodies an ownership-mindset.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to pivot, prioritize, and execute on changing goals and needs.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to one’s responsibilities; a passion for innovative and strategic solutions to challenges.
  • Skilled in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a remote-first or remote-only environment.
  • Previous experience managing vendors and/or clients (references a plus).
  • Prior experience working in the Podcast industry strongly preferred.
  • Passion for the Podcast industry and Creator Economy.
  • Passionate about the health and wellness space.
  • Highly analytical, critical thinker who approaches every problem or question with a perspective.
  • Comfortable working with data to drive decision making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A professional, personable demeanor over the phone, on video calls, and in person.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Comfortable with occasional business travel.

Athletic Greens is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $85,000 - $110,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
