Compensation: $725 to $1,250 Weekly
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Assistant to help manage our company's social media accounts and engage with our followers. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with experience in managing multiple social media accounts, creating compelling content, and engaging with online communities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies to increase engagement and followers across all platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and publish engaging social media content including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Monitor and engage with followers and online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
