We are currently in search of an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our sales & marketing team in New York to continue driving growth with industry-leading brands by leveraging our expanding and powerful platform. Partnerships would include working with brands and agencies on immersive, 360 degree content programs across written, video, interactive content, influencer & social campaigns, live & virtual events, podcast and more.

Role/Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge and insights into the mbg brand and audience to effectively communicate our value proposition, case studies and key brand moments/products in order to bring value to existing and prospective clients
  • Effectively respond to, and lead the development of 360 degree RFP responses, and proactive proposals designed to deliver on client objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Client Experience (post-sales) to ensure the work we execute delivers on our clients’ KPIs and is pushing the envelope of what’s defined as “best-in-class”
  • Contribute to the strategic mission of the sales team by bringing big ideas, improving process and regularly sharing what our clients and the marketplace are looking for

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop & create RFP responses, inclusive of proposal and media plan
  • Lead brainstorms with sales and branded content
  • Create mbg brand-focused materials, meeting decks and thought starters
  • Prepare and present in weekly sales meeting

  • This role will report to the Senior Brand Strategist and must be based in the greater New York City area

About You:

  • 5+ years of sales marketing, brand strategy, and/or integrated marketing experience at publisher or agency
  • Strong understanding, interest and curiosity about digital media including the competitive landscape and emerging trends
  • An energetic and collaborative contributor, with a strong desire to work in a team environment
  • Positive and curious mindset that others find inspiring
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems for brands. We are marketers!
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to get people excited about what we are building
  • Working collaboratively with team members internally is in your DNA
  • A passion for health, nutrition, and wellness preferred

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$85,000
