Are you a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving business growth through innovative and creative approaches? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-functional plans that drive acquisition through referrals, word-of-mouth, and partnerships. You will work closely with business leaders and product teams to define priority channels and accelerate program impact.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to find new and innovative approaches to accelerate new customer acquisition. Responsibilities

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, promoters, and relevant websites/blogs with large and engaged followings to generate brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Build strong relationships with key influencers and promoters that positively reflect the Study.com brand and align with our mission and values
  • Provide strategic support with financial modeling and forecasting to reach the Growth teams goals
  • Track and monitor program budgets and analyze the effectiveness of various opportunities to maximize impact
  • Lead the onboarding and daily management of ambassadors and influencers to ensure their success and program growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute high-impact projects and initiatives that drive growth and engagement with our communities
  • Develop and execute ongoing activities and campaigns to build segment and brand awareness across social media channels, blogs, and other digital communities
  • Establish an efficient process and system for acquiring, onboarding, training, and engaging with the ambassador & influencer communities
  • Support brand building initiatives such as testimonial management, customer survey efforts, scholarships, and other ad hoc initiatives
  • Develop and deliver data analysis and reporting on program KPIs, trends, and insights to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $100,00.00 per year. The salary range associated with this job considers the skill sets, experience and training required for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area.
