What's Your Role:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for an experienced Shopper Marketing Senior Manager to develop and execute integrated best in class Shopper Marketing campaigns (including retailer customer overlays) for the full Juice North America portfolio including Tropicana, KeVita, Naked, and Dole juices as well as our chilled coffee and tea brands.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support the development of the Shopper Marketing strategy across all brands, workingwith Sales, Marketing and other key cross functional experts to ensure alignment andapproval.

Work with cross-functional team members to ensure the optimal development, targeting,execution and evaluation of all shopper marketing activities to drive best in classplanning, execution, and evaluation models for all campaigns.

Own the development and creation of Shopper Marketing Toolkits, including theShopper Marketing Strategy, Core Look translation, Media Framework and BrandGuardrails for activation.

Own the shopper marketing budget (including unlock, allocations, and financialreporting) and provide key interface with brand, sales and finance teams.

Accountable for spend efficiency optimization for the brand portfolio by campaign.

What you'll need:

Shopper Marketing expertise

Strong network builder and influencer skills

Experience working with creative agencies

Budget management expertise

A customer centric mindset and a good understanding of key marketing mix levers andinterpretation of brand plans

Strong commercial acumen, able to work in a fast paced, matrixed environment

An aptitude for dealing with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity to complex situations

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

A commercially astute shopper marketer with a minimum of 5-7 years of shoppermarketing, sales and/or retail experience

A track record of delivering business results

A multi-tasker who achieves deadlines effortlessly

Insights-led thinker -- gets under the skin of how the shopper thinks in order to developwinning shopper campaigns for the retail environment

Excellent attention to detail and appreciates the importance of brand consistencythroughout the consumer communication journey
