About The Role
Talk to Deb ! The Expert Circle by Criya has taken over LinkedIn by storm, with leaders from the largest organizations launching their 1-1 coaching, live classes and building their professional brand on the platform.
Criya's Community mission is to connect all our users to the people, education, and tools that help them grow better. You will lead our Expert Circle engagement, education, retention, recognition, and relationship management programs. You’ll also lead our online and offline social and educational events, including collaborating with regional communities and designing our flagship conference of the year. Y

With this in mind, we’re looking for a customer-first minded visionary to define the vision and execute strategies to build our Community program that identifies, develops, engages, and retains Criya's talented community of powerful leaders.

- YOU are a Creator - you’ve successfully built a following on at least one social media channel (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube - follower count doesn’t matter). But you understand the Creator mindset and what it takes to motivate fellow creators.
- You’re leading a Movement. You’ll be engaging with our community of The Expert Circle closely and frequently to spotlight, engage, and make them feel they’re part of something transformational
- You are creative to the point that you can not only put together content yourself, but also know how to creatively leverage the community to generate content & build viral brand awareness
- A proven record of building and growing engaged audiences. Bonus points for developing and managing communities for global brands and/or SaaS companies.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, are knowledgeable about growth strategies and thrive in an ambiguous environment. * * Have the ability to innovate, take risks, and execute big ideas.

Responsibilities
- Define the Community vision, strategy, and shared measures of success, and be the single main interface for the whole Community
- Build a thriving Community that encompasses online forums, in-person and virtual user groups. Design programs to drive engagement and success for Criyators, partners and fans.
- Identify, engage and develop a holistic plan on potential communities that will multiply Criya's brand awareness and customer acquisition. Develop quarterly budget, collateral and campaign strategy to develop our partner portal.
- Design and execute data-driven action plans for growing our Criyator Community programs. Measure and report on the success of these engagement channels from the viewpoint of both our users and the business
- Help create and support new surprise and delight events (Criya's birthday discount, Thanksgiving Giveaway etc) and opportunities to engage the online community to retain our most passionate members
- Actively participate in online forums & events (Facebook groups, Reddit, Twitter, Linkedin, Discord, Slack) to recruit users into our community
- Develop the content strategy and collateral such as Customer stories, Videos, and Brochures and distribute across all relevant social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, FB, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit etc)
- Content, Copywriting, marketing emails, newsletters
- Own our community tool stack, metrics, and ROI - including our CRM
- Respond to questions, concerns, and other communications inside the community as appropriate.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of work experience with community-building and marketing experience.
- Experience working with artists or creators is a major plus.
- Deep passion for creator economy, design, or other creative fields. Experience as an artist or designer is also a plus, but not required.
- You have a scientific mindset to make data-driven decisions.
- Should understand brand marketing with very strong hands-on digital marketing fundamentals. Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, AB testing, marketing analytics tools, email marketing would be mandatory.
- You have strong cross-functional skills, including working with analytics, product, content, marketing agencies, and other marketing teams.
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- History of excellent performance: We truly don’t care about what school you went to or the company you last worked at. We do, however, care deeply about a history of excellence in 1 or 2 things you’ve done before BONUS POINTS for Experience going from 0 → 1 and 1 → 100 in a startup environment
