We are in search of tried and true Influencer Manager to join our small team of 4 passionate boba tea lovers and take our Influencer relations to the next level.

In addition to having all of the qualities of a skilled Influencer Manager, this person should also be passionate about boba and enjoys living a healthy lifestyle!

  1. Managing (generating and maintaining) all influencer relationships in a manner that maximizes growth for both the influencer and the brand.
  2. Ability to communicate extremely well across any medium (in-person, emails, text, DMs, phone calls, Tweets, long-form texts, marketing collateral) with influencers.
  3. Comfortable working with assisting with building out our Influencer Marketing program
  4. Having a naturally personable, magnetic, and confident personality (having the confidence to speak to anyone / influencers of all sizes and can communicate clearly and help any influencers we work with to feel prepared for our campaigns).
  5. Fully understands / obsessed or almost-obsessed with trends on all social platforms.
  6. Can manage / maximize the return on our Influencer Budget
  7. Lives a fit lifestyle and LOVES boba.

Additionally, you would very likely make a near-"perfect" candidate if you have a lot of the attributes below:

  1. Experience as a Influencer Marketing Manager
  2. Extroverted / very outgoing people-person
  3. Lift weights regularly (at least 2x-3x per week / into fitness in some way)
  4. Can speak one of these languages: Mandarin. Japanese.

Qualifications

No hard requirements - prove to us you got what we want and you will be in serious consideration for hire.

Although no hard requirements, having 6-12 months of experience of experience will be a major bonus.

Major "bonus points" if you are already connected with influencers we'd want to work with. Some “bonus points” will be if you’ve been a bobarista and/or you’re really into fitness/have been a personal trainer before.
