Tombras, a 475+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Supervisor, Organic Strategy.

Where you'll be working: Knoxville, Atlanta or remotely

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and support social marketing strategies that deliver on performance results and client business objectives
  • Act as a social lead and trusted day-to-day social advisor for clients
  • Lead a team of social media Brand Managers and Community Managers
  • Oversight and mentorship of community managersIdeate and deliver agency social POVs
  • Oversee the creation of the social content calendar, including ideating social moments, optimizing content opportunities, supporting campaign work and driving consumer-driven insights
  • Stay tapped into the pulse of culture to quickly identify and recommend opportunities for clients
  • Drive business results by combining creative ideas with smart social media strategies
  • Familiarity with data and able to tell both data and insights driven stories, pushing ongoing optimization of social work
  • Collaborate with account, project management, paid social, production, and creative teams on integrated work
  • Drive best in class content by reporting on social performance, including pulling and sharing social metrics, content trends and insights.

What you bring:

  • 4+ year experience working in the social media space, specifically with experience at an advertising agency
  • 3+ year experience directly managing social channels for brands
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Preferred experience guiding strategy for influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media programs
  • Deep understanding of integrated social messaging, including advanced content strategies
  • Proven capacity to train and guide team members
  • Ability to manage complex multi-platform social media campaigns
  • Prior experience participating in new business development, research, strategies, and presentations.
