What you will be doing:
The Social Content & Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support to the Social and Influencer Marketing team with a key focus on storytelling through original content and influencer marketing strategy. This person will support overall brand awareness as well dotcom and retail partner growth through strategic review and UGC campaigns, help identify the latest social trends on TikTok and Reels and live and breathe pop and internet culture. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Trade, Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing as well as external partners.
- Coordinates the ideation and setup of Skeepers campaigns ensuring they’re strategically created to meet business goals.
- Track and monitor campaign completion and serve as liaison between brand and influencers.
- Partner with Trade team to determine campaign opportunities and ensure retail needs are met.
- Identify top performing influencers within Skeepers platform and add to internal influencer database.
- Partner with Influencer Marketing Manager to measure and report campaign metrics.
- Coordinate new content and distribute folders to Trade, Brand, Social and Digital teams.
- Conceptualizes and facilitates production and editing of short-form video results.
- Is quick to react to the latest trends, sounds, memes, opportunities and is a natural storyteller and chips in ideas to social media campaigns.
- Supports social content creation of new launches, evergreen initiatives, and retail requests.
- Passion for pop culture, entertainment, and beauty.
- Works with Tractenberg social team to identify and react to weekly trends.
- Presents opportunities to Social Media Manager/Influencer Marketing Manager
- Works with Influencer Manager to vet, connect and distribute influencer content materials.
- Works with Social Media Manager to source and compile UGC and support community management tasks.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Positive, disciplined and upbeat
- Comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced office environment
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects concurrently under time constraints
- Comfortable in front of a camera to create content
- Proven track record to work optimally in cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of proven experience in CPG, beauty or fashion
- Knowledge of beauty industry and social marketing trends
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in prestige beauty highly desired (particularly Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom)
- Marketing, influencer, social media and content creation experience
In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $57,470 - $86,205 annually/hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
