Compensation: $47,500 to $98,750 Annually

Responsible for global marketing campaigns of assigned brand assuring there is a consistent brand message across all audiences and consumer touch points. Coordinate and drive marketing strategy that promotes awareness, engagement, sales and demand for assigned brand.

Develop multiple global brand campaigns per season to support the optical and retail channels including development of the creative brief, managing photoshoots, development of copy, creative layouts and videos, and management of licensor approvals

Develop dedicated assets for regional priorities (e.g. APAC) and channel-specific initiatives (e.g. Sports Channel)

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across audiences (Optical Channel, Global Retail, Travel Retail, US/EMEA Sport Channel, and Nike DTC) via traditional and innovative marketing touchpoints. Evaluate effectiveness and analyze ROI.

Lead contact with Nike for alignment of global Nike brand campaigns and creative direction

Manage public relations (PR) strategy and agency with Marchon PR team including: scope of work and agency briefings, stories and media events, influencer strategy, outreach and effectiveness, and key sports moments

Develop and deliver global sales tools for each product release by required deadlines

Develop and manage approvals for product names with Nike legal

Manage budget and approvals for all projects

Manage ad hoc global creative requests

Performs all other duties as assigned

Job Specifications

Typically Has The Following Skills Or Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience related to functional area

Minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience in a business-related environment managing the performance of direct reports

A passion for sports on all levels

Experience leading team projects and complex integrated campaigns, with multiple vendors, business partners, and significant budgets

Advanced understanding and experience in application of modern marketing strategies, advertising, and digital techniques

Superior written, verbal, and platform communication skills

Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and on-time project delivery

Analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to perform analysis and articulate financial returns on marketing investments

Demonstrated project management experience

Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%)
