Training Content Creator

Summary

The DTH (Direct to Home) Training team is looking for a creative, problem-solving content creator. As a training content creator, you will plan, create and deliver content that helps our sales representatives learn the many facets of the role, grow in the position and learn to lead others. The content we create has a direct impact on the success of our sales teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and build training modules surrounding every facet of our sales process, recruiting and leadership
• Communicate with the sales force by phone, email and text
• Coordinate with key partners and stakeholders to produce training assets
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and field leadership to produce accurate and applicable material

Required Skills

• Basic video and editing experience.
• Must feel comfortable collaborating with our stakeholders by phone, email and text
• Proactive mindset
• Previous learning and development experience
• Ability to learn quickly in a technological environment
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Maintain quality and urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn the lifecycle of our representatives and understand what potential needs may be within the cycle.

Required Education/Experience

• Experience with instructional design and creating content in an LMS recommended
• Experience using Rise or other content creation suite is preferred
• Prior Sales experience preferred

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
