Role Objectives

Supporting the brand management team and the sales team, the Director, Media & Marketing Strategy will be responsible for delivering expertise across of media landscape to execute effective marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of toy & franchise brands.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Planning Digital + Linear
  • 5+ years of focus on digital marketing and advertising with expertise in linear advertising
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing
  • Experience working directly with Google, YouTube, and Roblox
  • History of building and executing impactful and exciting digital marketing campaigns for consumer products
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Experience or knowledge of the toy industry would be highly regarded
  • Must have experience marketing to kids and understanding COPPA laws is a must
  • Highly analytical, capable of maintaining and creating data dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creation of overall best-in-class brand launch strategy
  • Create and take ownership of best-in-class marketing strategies for general consumer-facing digital & linear marketing
  • Maximize ROI by delivering the most effective & efficient campaigns possible within budget
  • Manage and work collaboratively with Moose’s digital agency to assist with strategy, execution, and the evaluation of campaign ROI across digital mediums/platforms
  • Work collaboratively with Moose’s TV consultant and agency to build & execute effective and efficient campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with our team of brand managers, sales team and other stakeholders to lead the charge on strategic planning and execution of media campaigns, both in-house and with retail partners
  • Constantly look for emerging trends and opportunities to ensure that Moose’s digital expertise is cutting edge
  • Constantly analyze and share results to maximize ROI
  • Identify industry trends and insights, and help optimize performance of campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative ideas and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Director to maximize synergies & efficiencies
  • Participate in the development and execution of a Moose D2C strategy

Work Hours

8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday

8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday

30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.

Salary

USD $133,000 - $187,700

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
