Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Sr Director of Omni-Channel Marketing and will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, identifying target markets and audiences, as well as coordinating an improved digital consumer experience. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, ability to plan through execution and a passion for consumer- centric thinking. The position will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to deliver on the goals set. This will include developing digital programs to achieve brand metrics as well as overall sales goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying the appropriate digital channels and strategies to connect and engage with consumers
- Overseeing strategy and execution across digital marketing areas such as SEO, SEM, paid search, display media, and video
- Collaborate on influencer, social, and CRM strategies as well as execution
- Build consumer journeys to aid in macro planning and implement across campaigns
- Manage program timelines
- Manage website and ecommerce strategy, content, and updates with internal and external partner support
- Develop test and learn agenda for marketing programs (i.e. Regional KPI drivers, creative testing, audience testing, innovation platforms)
- Analyzing data and measuring the effectiveness of activities
- Optimize programs towards performance goals
- Work with business analysts and partners to monitor KPIs
- Manage budget effectively across key business time periods
- Comply with all Company rules, regulations, and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in campaign management
- Experience in Digital marketing channel strategy and execution
- Valid Driver’s License required and insurable by Good Foods Group insurance company
- Understanding of data and strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to own and optimize marketing campaigns to meet business KPIs
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams, building strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with creative and strategic partners
- Ability to manage several projects at once while working with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail in a highly dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to see projects through from idea to completion
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills - Must be a self-starter and able to work without close supervision
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and to make decisions independently
- Strong presentation skills - Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
Travel:
- This position may require some travel
Work Environment:
- Typical office environment
- Offices with equipment noise
- Offices with frequent interruptions
- Mostly indoor office environment with windows
- If in the plant, required to use personal protective equipment to enforce Good Food Manufacturing (GMP’s) processes
Physical Requirement:
- Able to communicate information accurately to others
- Able to detect and discern sounds accurately in order to exchange information
- Able to hold stationary positions for extended periods of time
- Able to move throughout workspace frequently
- Able to observe details at close range, perceive colored images as well as effectively perceive computer generated images on a screen
- Frequently operates computer and other office productivity machinery
- Able to move up to 20lbs. occasionally
