Our client is an award-winning, all-in-one stock trading app that brings professional level data and tools to the hands of proactive retail traders who demand better trading tech than the incumbents. Our client's mission is to transform retail investing experience with technology innovations.

To further this mission in the US market, we're looking for an experienced influencer business development manager to join our growing marketing team.

As the Influencer business development manager, you will be responsible for optimizing a portfolio of influencers, for defining performance KPIs for influencers, and for establishing and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners. Additionally, through close collaboration with the influencer management team, you will create an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at a strategic and tactical level, switching between them effortlessly. You will be deeply grounded in influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines. You will have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior product leaders. You will thrive on analytics and set a learning agenda for all projects that raises the bar for impact against engagement and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize a portfolio of commercial content creators and create a strategy guide for onboarding
  • Responsible for defining performance KPIs and identifying core gaps in our product and marketing offering
  • Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners
  • Understand current influencer trends and understand how our product fits into their content creators' strategies
  • Explore revenue driving opportunities with influencers in this segment
  • Actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
  • Create an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
  • Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer program
  • Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Maintain influencer budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 3+ years of influencer management or partnership management
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Deep understanding on current influencer trends
  • Previous experience with fitting company products into content creator's strategy
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Experience with research using data analytics software
