Every day you’ll be working with digital-first thinkers, innovative consumer marketers, and brilliant brand developers! In this role, you will be a part of the Consumer Marketing team on Preschool & Dolls. Daily, you will be supporting the development and processes of our upcoming marketing campaigns, with workstreams including but not limited to Social, Influencer, Experiential, and Competitor Analysis and strategies.

What you’ll do and learn:

  • Partnering with Consumer Marketing Brand Manager to help support developing and implementing the complete marketing plan for a portfolio of brands and/or product lines.
  • Supports Manager in the programs that will maximize the brand's awareness and sales, through the message and media and supporting tactics that are meaningful to retailers and consumers.
  • Helps interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Using social listening, and creative thinking and having their finger on the pulse of trending concepts & design methodologies to help build marketing programs
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives within respective marketing strategies & execution plans.
  • Assisting in the development of overall go-to-market product strategy, primary assets for advertising and other marketing communications.

What you’ll bring:

  • Must be a marketing undergrad currently enrolled in classes
  • Strong understanding of brand building, social media & digital culture that resonates with consumers
  • Presentation skills: can deliver complex information in a compelling way, uses story to persuade audience; captures interest, engages audience, uses supporting points to influence.
  • Data analysis: can make sense of quantitative and qualitative information affecting the brand
  • Experience in the marketing world – agency or brand-side – with an understanding of 360 fully-integrated marketing campaigns, as well as their corresponding processes.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student. Students graduating in or before August 2023 are not eligible for fall 2023 co-ops
  • Must be available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk) as a co-op from September-December 2023
  • Must commute to the Pawtucket, RI office and successfully work a hybrid model, with at least 3 days in office
  • Candidates are responsible for their own housing & transportation (free parking). Hasbro headquarters are in Pawtucket, RI, 6.5 miles from the Attleboro, MA commuter rail station. We offer shuttle service to/from the office/commuter rail station
