Technical/Functional Skills

  • +7 years' experience managing consumer-facing digital marketing campaigns (email, web, mobile) or loyalty programs.
  • Skilled collaborator and influencer; set proper expectations based on business priorities and influence partners and stakeholders without having a direct line of authority.
  • Superior project management skills and strategic thinking, from landing Product strategy on the digital marketing channels, to defining loyalty strategy and execution.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to synthesize data and analytics to understand performance and drive optimizations in current and future campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects against multiple timelines, at once
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of tactics, performance metrics, and optimization best practices for direct and digital channels (search, web, social, mobile, email, etc.)
  • Ability to be highly organized and to function well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve conflict and align cross-functional teams towards a common goal
  • Product Management experience a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA desired but not required.

Experience Required

  • Define, manage and execute the marketing communications strategy of loyalty program.
  • Align Integrated Marketing (Brand, Design) and channel leads (Social, Email, Web, In-product, Apps), on loyalty strategic needs and support, ensuring execution on their side.
  • Coordinate multiple internal teams outside business unit to support marketing plan through their communications channels. Influence without authority to ensure marketing plans execution.
  • Establish robust partnership with Business Program & Engineering owners and drive close partnership.
  • Drive external partner coordination of marketing plans and secure alignment.
  • Manage tactical execution needs from collection, receipt, tracking, aggregation, and distribution of assets to and from publisher partners and Marcom to key contacts internally and externally.
  • Drive execution of key marketing programs, including brand and collateral approvals, creation of executional materials and partner approvals.
  • Drive coordination and project management of marketing data & engineering needs, working closely with Martech team and other internal engineering partners.
  • Organize, manage and lead regular updates including status updates to internal teams and key stakeholders as well as external partners.
  • Track ongoing progress of projects and deliver timely updates to clients.
  • Be knowledgeable on digital marketing best practices, technologies and trends. CAN-SPAM best practices and GDPR compliance is followed.
