Influencer Campaign Specialist (consult to become FTE)
INVIZ is a newly funded venture that operates in both the creator economy and premium content business. We are looking for someone with experience in ideating, managing and executing influencer campaigns involving eCommerce. Start as consultant with the opportunity to become a full time employee.
Responsibilities
- Own/ manage/ help execute the entire process of campaign rollouts for merchandise drops, starting from strategizing to ensuring timely social media posts. This includes creating, managing, and executing the campaigns in a timely and effective manner.
- Own/ manage asks for creative assets, production of assets and the deployment of assets to respective recipients in and outside of the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Own/ manage the company's social media channels.
- Co-own/ co-manage the company's influencers' social media channels.
Deliverables
- Omni Channel Strategy Plan. A comprehensive plan that proposes an omni channel marketing strategy which the Company may use with its growing staple of various influencers with ability to modify/ optimize with specific influencers.
- Account Management Plan. A list of recommendations with respect to the Company’s current marketing task workflow including the meetings with client, ideation provided to client, and marketing plans provided to the client leading up to a campaign launch;
- Campaign Management Plan. A list of recommendations with respect to the Company’s current campaign workflow including optimizing coordination with the account manager, ensuring the influencer posts pursuant to agreed-upon schedules and other relevant recommendations.
- Campaign Optimization Plan. A comprehensive plan that proposes an analytics-based strategy that includes identification and recordation of customer LTV, retention, CAC and other relevant measurements related to ROI, and with related recommendations for third-party software for the Company to employ.
- Community Strategy Plan. A list of recommendations that contains case studies and ideation for potential strategies that the Company may adopt in order to leverage fan communities, audiences and value propositions that may result in a network effect with respect to optimizing potential utility offered by the company's influencers across their various campaigns.
- Paid Ads Strategy Plan. An initialof requirements that the Company should have on paper when it hires any third-party to manage a paid spend campaign for any particular influencer.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on growth marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing social media campaigns that drive growth and engagement
- Experience managing graphic designer and video editor talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
