Job Description

The Brand Marketing, Creative and Media group is part of the Brand, Customer and Sales Experience team at Intel that drives the development of compelling campaigns and content across the globe in support of our corporate brand and portfolio of technology products.

We are seeking a Director of Creative Strategy and Agency Management to lead a dynamic team that drives Creative Excellence, Agency Management, Program Management, Transcreation and Production for Intel's tier-one marketing campaigns. Overarching responsibilities include setting team vision, growth and career management for a team of six direct reports, driving four tier-one agency relationships, managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Intel's product marketing teams, and driving budget and operational excellence in coordination with global procurement and finance.

Responsibilities Include

  • Set the overall vision for agency partners to deliver world-class creative, strategy, and solutions that are integrated with the overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders across product marketing, partner marketing and local field marketing teams
  • Own senior-level agency relationships across four key agency partners
  • Drive yearly budget planning process as creative and production lead - ensuring budgets are aligned to and agencies are properly scoped at the outset of the calendar year
  • Set a strong team vision across four critical segments of the Client Computing Group (CCG), Data Center and Artificial Intelligence (DCAI), and Network and Edge (NEX) business groups
  • Drive team and personal career growth for team members inclusive of scoping and resourcing
  • Manage large budgets across fee, production and transcreation
  • Ensure team delivers complex creative activations on strategy, on time and within budget
  • Partner with marketing teams to align on objectives, programs, KPIs, and the agency team to craft creative briefs and deliver breakthrough creative ideas/activations
  • Define and manage agency processes spanning overall project workflows, project resourcing and budget tracking
  • Drive integration best practices. Identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Work closely with Intel's global sourcing and procurement teams on agency contracts, MSAs, rate cards and annual scope negotiations

Qualifications

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Leadership/executive presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of creative process, including creative strategy, conceptual development, production, and transcreation/delivery
  • Experience in a global model planning or executing campaigns across multiple marketing groups and countries
  • Experience managing and driving external agency relationships
  • Experience leading and working with cross functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills. Understands the strategic value that operations, process and tools can bring
  • Ability to identify resource and process efficiencies across strategic and creative workstreams
  • Strong financial acumen
  • High levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm with a strong sense of accountability
  • Technology category experience is not required but is desirable
  • Team culture creator who leads with inclusivity and humility

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12+ years of experience in corporate marketing and agency management, or senior-level account management experience at a global advertising agency

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
