Must Haves

  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, and/or graphic design
  • Content writing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complexity and provide simple, yet eloquent solutions
  • Proficient in basic photo editing skills, Adobe After Effects animation, InDesign, XD, and/or Vector (Illustrator)
  • Experience working with social media content management systems such as Khoros, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others
  • Deep understanding of Meta Business Manager including Ads Manager and Creative Hub
  • Solid understanding of emerging digital marketing, social media and technology trends
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills across multiple teams and work streams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering teamwork and successful cross-functional work

  • This role will unlock new capabilities within the Customer Experience Hub helping to facilitate creative concepts and production of content in a more rapid and efficient manner.
  • This will allow for creative savings and driving better performance.
  • This role will allow more efficient go-to market strategies for the UGC Pilot, Creator Network and Brand Partnership efforts, and with Tier 1 brands in the Social Content Creation Model tests.
  • The Social Content Specialist will help drive the UGC (user generated content) efforts for Project Red Hat in collaboration with the Digital Engagement Team and the LDO, as well as conceptualize, produce, and edit content for Tier 1 brands to allow creative flexibility, efficiency, and improve speed to market.

User Generated Content-

Social Content Specialize will help build the process for the new UGC capability at Lilly, as well as analyze, co-produce, conceptualize, and produce promotion of UGC content; individual will also review social content and manage database of UGC assets. This role will work closely with community managers and brand to ensure user content is driven to the UGC portal.

Social Content Creator

A one-stop shop (social creative unicorn) for social creative, this individual would be a rapid content producer for portfolio social projects and Tier 1 brands. This role will help lead Lilly through shift in social creative trends from high-gloss, heavy production level creative to lo-fi, authentic, social-first content.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8-5

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 18 months

Pay: $30-60/hour depending upon experience
