The People & Culture Architect role will be instrumental in leading the evolution of our culture as it relates to our HP Way Practices. You will have an opportunity to influence human behavior that drives our Future Ready organization and positions us to be a destination employer. This role will partner with other members of the TL&C team, in addition to our extended People Organization teams to plan for and deliver effective culture initiatives that bring our values and people practices to life.

Responsibilities
- Co-create a culture blueprint within TL&C that clearly lays out the target culture and the priority mindset and behavior changes that are required
- Apply psychological principles and methodologies that help reinforce observable behaviors that demonstrate our culture
- Conducting current culture assessments using both qualitative and quantitative tools
- Provide strategic thought leadership and act as a consultant to oversee and accelerate projects that transform workplace experiences
- Consult heavily with HR business partners, leaders, and TL&C team to ensure Culture programs align with group and function business needs.
- Partner with other members of Talent, Learning & Culture and other key stakeholders to provide strategic thought, recommend appropriate design solutions, lead delivery of solutions, and leverage existing global solutions
- Identify and co-design training & development modules that help reinforce desired workplace human behavior
- Define success metrics, monitor and analyze data gathered to make informed recommendations and decisions
- Coach leaders and managers on techniques that focus their mindsets and patterns of behavior around a culture of inclusion and belonging
- Develop and manage a culture champion and key influencer program
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in I/O Psychology, Social Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in culture transformation, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, consulting or adjacent skills and experiences
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Program management experience including leading global initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Strong work and personal ethics, planning and organizational skills, & attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and work independently and collaboratively based on the need
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom and other collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders, to establish trust and help them evolve behaviors to align with our culture strategy
- Past experience leading large scale culture transformation
- Experience in technology industry
