About the Team:
The Events and VIP Manager will partner directly with the Director, Influencer and Events to plan and execute world-class integrated VIP and event strategies that support our brand vision.. You will support the NAM Marketing team with a primary focus on delivery of events and celebrity relations as part of the 360 marketing strategy for Pandora.
This role will be able to navigate the Event and VIP landscape, partnering with talent, stylists, managers, agents, publicists through existing relationships and new. You will partner with the Director on all aspects of VIP contract negotiations, content creation, product placement, dressing, and event production and management.
Collaborating with the other key members of the marketing team in both the NAM and Global Headquarters to ensure all efforts align with overall business, brand goals and to create and maintain a positive public image for the Pandora brand in North America.
Your Role as a Events and VIP Manager:
- Develop and execute Pandora’s North American Events and VIP strategy with the focus on driving brand desirability
- Ability to bring creative ideas to the table with a strong ability to execute ideas and concepts
- Cultivate and managing earned relationships with VIP and key opinion leaders in the industry
- Support the negotiation & management of all NAM celebrity/Influencer contracts: managing usage rights and deliverables
- Proactively secure and manage powerful VIP dressing opportunities
- Work cross functionally to conceptualize events that can drive earned coverage
- Design and partner with PR manager on events such as product and campaign launches
- Develop and manage the overall event processes including concept, décor, VIP, and content needs
- Manage production agencies and vendors create events with Pandora’s strategy in mind
- Foster and maintain relationships within the events industry and appropriate event vendors
- Handle the management of the PR department’s Event and VIP budget, including preparing budget summaries monthly or as needed
- Create and manages both ongoing and recaps for Event and VIP supported initiatives including monthly reports
What is needed to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and commnications.
- 5-8 year experience in a events, celebrity, PR environment
- Established industry & VIP relationships in the luxury, creative, fashion and jewelry space
- Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills & presentation
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with international consumers and team members
- Must be professional, personable, self-motivated and flexible
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Should possess a combination of analytic and creative skills
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure on multiple projects
- Must be organized, detail oriented and unprompted follow through
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast –paced, dynamic environment
Travel: Up to 20% travel
NYC Salary Range : $90,000 to $113,000 (commensurate with experience)
