About The Job

This position leads registration and digital strategy, implementation, and project management for SIGNAL. This position is part of the Global Events team and reports to the Team Lead for SIGNAL, Twilio’s annual customer and developer conference.

SIGNAL consists of four components in 2023, with the largest being a virtual event on August 23 and in-person events in August (San Francisco), October (London), and November (Singapore). Each SIGNAL event fits into one larger registration strategy, while each fulfilling their own goals and serving different audiences.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own all creation and project management of SIGNAL digital design and footprint, including:
    • Wireframe oversight, review and approvals
    • Design review cycles
    • Build implementation and QA
  • Lead marketing site build, analytics and reporting
  • Oversee all technical integrations and implementation, including SIGNAL Help, streaming services, translations, and closed captions.
  • Lead vendor management for all registration, platform, and technical vendors
  • Strategize and implement on site technology, including vendor selection and management through to onsite experience, including Creator Summit and regional SIGNAL events.
  • Manage privacy and security compliance
  • Build and maintain the leaderboard campaign and work closely with the greater SIGNAL team to align with sales.

Required

  • 5-8 years of event marketing/event technology experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications)
  • Demonstrated project management experience across multiple teams.
  • Proven experience in large-scale event registration and technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired

  • Familiarly with Tableau, Salesforce, and Figma

Location

This role will be remote, and based in the United States.

Approximately 10 % travel is anticipated.

  • Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $109,280 - $136,600.
  • Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $115,760 - $144,700.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $128,560 - $160,700.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
