Art Director - Social Marketing for Gaming

Position Summary
Mutiny is currently seeking an Art Director who is an avid gamer and designs/concepts big ideas for integrated campaigns, brand level communications, live-action and gameplay videos and trailers, social content, influencer marketing and experiential activations, new business pitches and more. If you love the challenge of selling your ideas and work, this may be a great role for you.
This role dives into client's businesses, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing solutions. The perfect candidate will gaming, the internet, and partnering with creative teams to make cool stuff. It's for someone fluent in the modern marketing landscape (especially social media), culture of the internet, and on the pulse of the gaming audience. We seek a self-starter who doesn't need to be told how to take on tasks and doesn't see obstacles, but opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Concept and direct art assets for campaign level social and digital branding and messaging, gameplay trailers, live-action video, influencer marketing & experiential activations, and more
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to build out and plan campaign
- Work fluidly across channels and platforms
- Assist teams with storyboarding/shot lists/creative direction
- Implement feedback received from internal and client teams
What You Will Need
- A LOVE for all things gaming and first person shooter game experience helpful
- Award-winning or award worthy integrated portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail
- 4+ years integrated marketing agency experience required, history creating assets for digital and social campaigns helpful
- Proven experience developing campaign level ideation
- Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented and friendly
- Must be even-tempered and able to interact and adapt well, under pressure, with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.
