Job Overview

This position will be responsible for the video marketing space and will be empowered to be the business owner of this channel. They will coordinate all activities recommended by the Category and Performance Campaign channels as well as with suppliers to drive customer revenue sales expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging short-form video content, optimizing it for various platforms, and driving audience engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing campaign managers to develop video concepts aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Manage video project timelines using Asana, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Coordinate video shoots and post-production with editing staff, doctors, and the production team.
  • Develop engaging video chapters, CTAs, and thumbnails to drive audience interaction and conversion.
  • Optimize video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media.
  • Track engagement, identify emerging trends, and report results to inform content strategies.
  • Assist with influencer campaigns, landing page copy creation, and lead generation opportunities.
  • Create and edit short-form videos using Adobe After Effects or similar software, and assist with content shoots.
  • Maintain and update digital marketing assets and ensure content drives revenue growth.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe After Effects, Asana, Instapage, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of video production processes and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with video analytics and performance tracking tools.

Minimum Work Experience

Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

Preferred Education

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

The posted range for this position is $54,000-$94,500 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
