About The Role
The Senior Campaign & Content Manager, U.S. Beauty, will oversee the marketing campaign team and overall content strategy for the Dermstore, SkinStore & LOOKFANTASTIC brands to help drive consumer engagement, brand equity, awareness and conversion. The role will support the VP, Brand Marketing & Communications as well as oversee a campaign and content team.
This role plays an integral part in the marketing and content strategy, creative development and project management of total marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
CONTENT
- Develop and implement quarterly content strategy aligned to marketing strategy/brand priorities and campaign; general management of content marketing calendar
- Lead global content creation across all touchpoints (e.g. Blog, Email Marketing, Web Pages, Marketing Collateral, etc.)
- Further define and build upon brand voice & beliefs
- Maintain quality standards across a high volume of material; liaise with creative teams and other cross-functional partners to ensure a holistic brand voice across consumer channels
- Project-manage across teams to drive start-to-finish content management project life-cycle and ensure key campaign deadlines are met
- Evolve the current blogs to become the heart of content strategy and a best-in-class resource within the sector
- Oversee full scope of website contents project managing updates like PDPs in addition to blog
- Collaborate with PR/Influencer/social media teams to elevate editorial partnerships and content pieces
- Partner with SEO to optimize all content and manage in-house requests/freelancers
- Analyze and review engagement/key KPIs across content
CAMPAIGN
- Oversee the Campaign Manager and other team members – act as main liason for US campaigns for all key stakeholders
- Manage relationship with key marketing partners e.g. Buying team and own alignment meeting schedule, marketing calendar and corresponding content calendar providing communication updates often to relevant stakeholders
- Mentor and support Campaign Manager with development and project management of assigned campaigns from strategy through execution with a focus on communication, alignment, asset delivery and post-campaign recapping:
- Project ownership of quarterly Beauty Bag assets for Dermstore, SkinStore, and Lookfantastic
- Project ownership of Dermstore monthly SUS inserts
- Project ownership of all Lookfantastic US BAU monthly campaigns
- Lead team with planning, deadlines and project management of all creative shoots, including overseeing beauty sample process and key launch shots
- Proactively implement process changes and approaches to creative management to improve upon timelines and/or any asset delivery challenges
- Own key inputs to yearly and monthly campaigns from strategy to briefing, planning, and executing
- Assist with execution of cohesive campaigns delivered on time, in full
- Analyze monthly campaigns for Dermstore, SkinStore & LOOKFANTASTIC, identifying key insights and managing recaps; support industry trend research or opportunities to enhance our current marketing campaigns
- Ability to analyze competitor's campaigns to understand areas of opportunity and white-space
- Work closely withU K-based studios to ensure global asset development is aligned with the US market.
- Additional ad hoc projects as needed within the marketing team due to business or market needs

Experience
- Degree from top tier institution (Preferred)
- Minimum 6+ Years in a senior brand/content/marketing position
- Experience in leading brand strategy for a consumer goods brand
- Experience of developing brand tracking, reach methodology and reporting
- Previous experience in managing large teams; strong leadership skills
- Experience managing large marketing budgets
- Creative and able to drive innovation
- Can work in fast-paced, internet environment with low structure and high autonomy
- Must demonstration strong organization, attention to detail and deadline management skills
