TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Role:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Head of Partnership Operations will be responsible for holistically leading our direct creator management operations as well as our creator network/agency partnership operations -- both focused on enabling creators of all sizes and content profiles to build a successful professional career path on TikTok LIVE. As part of the operational responsibility, you will drive programs that enable a LIVE creator growth path and continue to support the expansion of the thriving creator economy on TikTok LIVE. Success is measured by strong content ecosystem health and growth in creator revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the direct managed and Creator Network content and ecosystem business models that enable creators to thrive on TIkTok LIVE; drive revenue growth for managed and Creator Network influenced creators at scale
- Lead programs, activations, and incentive structures that encourages the development of long-tail, mid-tier, and top-tier creators; increase supply and stream consistency of creators at scale
- Build the next level relationship of managed creators, Creator Networks, and TikTok LIVE product and operations to help identify ways to improve the LIVE experience
- Drive insights, recommendations, and direction on creator and Creator Network expansion strategies
- Strategize and lead key programs and events that support the overall LIVE creator ecosystem
- Manage and develop a team of teams composed of direct creator, Creator Network, and center of excellence operations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BS/BA and 13+ years of experience working in high-growth consumer-forward environments
- Experience in business operations, sales & business development, and/or creator/partner management, with demonstrated ability to rapidly scale existing business models and content ecosystems
- High sense of metrics and data awareness
- Experience in large scale people management and organizational management
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
Preferred Qualifcations:
- Deep passion for TikTok, live streaming, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on building and growing a content ecosystem
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $180000 - $380000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
