What You Will Do
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and creative marketing professional to join the team as our Manager, Marketing Influencer and Partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to build, execute and measure the impact of our influencer and partner marketing strategy to support brand goals, driving awareness, trial, and affinity with our target consumers. You will collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Business Analytics and manage relationships with external agencies and partners. You will be a game changer by being able to think strategically and creatively to reach overarching business objectives, keeping a pulse on what's likely to drive ownable moments that create buzz, balanced by strong detail orientation for successful execution.This role will report directly to the Senior Brand Director.
Responsibilities
- Influencer:
- Own influencer strategy, across core channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and test platforms, driving annual plan and ensuring it ladders back to overall brand goals and communication priorities.
- Manage and build direct influencer relationships and lead external influencer agency partners, including briefing and approval of all influencer content, collaborating with marketing team members to ensure team needs are met.
- Track and report on measurable influencer metrics as it relates to overall brand KPIs, as well as support full-funnel programming for retail and ROI programs, owning holistic influencer program impact.
- Test and build relationships into new audiences and communities by identifying and vetting new and up-and-coming influencers for current and future programs.
- Work across the marketing team to create and syndicate content across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Negotiate and execute paid partnerships and oversee contracting.

- Partnerships
- Build a new customer acquisition strategy utilizing events/activations, social partnerships, and out of the box, holistic thinking, to further penetrate the key communities and demographics Chomps currently services and test and learn with new groups.
- Identify and build win-win, strategic relationships with social influencers, community tastemakers, and like-minded brands through both paid and earned activity.
- Own calendar, budget, and strategy for event development, tying to brand objectives.
- Develop and execute brand events.
- New Responsibilities: Adapt to shifting organizational priorities by taking ownership of new duties and regularly owning a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Social Media Marketing or related field, preferably in CPG industry
- Prior industry experience in food, CPG, and/or grocery/natural is preferred with dedicated experience developing influencer and brand partnerships
- Bachelor's degree
- Result oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated creative and idea leadership with desire to pioneer (comfortable with ambiguity and "finding a way")
- Culture, news, and industry obsessed. Ability to translate consumer behavior and trends into impactful marketing content
- Familiarity with priority social platforms and measurement tools (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter, and SproutSocial)
- Outstanding management skills with demonstrated success leading external agencies and partners
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
