How You’ll Make An Impact

As a key member of the Connected Vehicle Services team, the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing and Communication will support all aspects of the B2B marketing process. This includes developing and implementing integrated marketing communication plans and campaigns in alignment with key business priorities, brand, and customer needs. They will oversee the brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice, and approach of all B2B marketing efforts. This will include social media, outbound marketing, advertising campaigns, industry event planning, and internal/external communications.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure consistency and integration across all messaging platforms including direct marketing, public relations, social media, advertising, personal selling, events and sales promotions.
  • Manage the execution elements of the optimal integrated marketing campaign mix including web marketing, collateral, case studies, partner success deliverables, videos, events, demos, PR, broadcasts/webinars, digital, social media, thought leadership, influencer, etc.
  • Develop deliverables and report out on overall success of impact through marketing channels.
  • Work cross functionally to build sales engagement in marketing programs.
  • Manage the work of external vendors when necessary.
  • Overall accountability for allocating the budget and recommendations on how dollars are generated and/or spent.

What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years marketing communications, program management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or other related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • Experience executing PR plans and corporate communications.
  • Strong marketing communication skills across digital, social and traditional media, direct marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, event marketing, including management of multi-layer campaigns.
  • Experience interacting with press.
  • Knowledge of and experience with automotive or enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to build integrated marketing communications campaigns.
  • Experience with sales facing organization, including sales enablement programs.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to work cross functionally to build strategy.
  • Proven success in delivering measurable results that support sales and brand building priorities.
  • Proven writing and proofreading skills and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment as part of a virtual team while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with technology and automotive companies would be considered a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $151,000 to $210,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
