WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead a shift in mindset and approach to planning and executing media by building new resources in the Media Center of Excellence and scaling them across all markets. Specifically, the role will focus on building resources that will enable developing plans that build brand TOM, consideration, and affinity through cultural and social relevance. The role is instrumental in ushering a new era of media for Pizza Hut to achieve our marketing and business objectives.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead development and upkeep of playbooks, frameworks and tools for regions and markets to integrate & create innovative and on-culture media plans leveraging content creators, influencers, social media, and modern-day PR strategies
- Create and maintain foundational social media playbooks and tools including strategy formulation, platform next practices, content strategies and new/emerging social platforms
- Identify, manage, and maximize media partnerships by leveraging Pizza Hut’s global scale and developing market- and regional-level execution frameworks that address our brand’s priorities
- Identify & manage partners that will enable PH to be more “on culture” to drive engagement with younger consumers
- Stay current with innovations and updates of content creators, influencers, social media platforms, and what is trending on popular culture
- Collect & consolidate use cases & metrics of earned and shared media efforts from around the world to share with all regions
- Collaborate with markets to build know-how in area of expertise and support as sounding board in plan development on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with global brand team in the development and execution of global brand initiatives

IS THIS YOU?
- Education/Certifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, Media or similar
- Experience
- 4-5 years of experience of PR, content creators, influencer marketing or marketing
- A degree in PR, Communication, Media, Marketing or similar
- In-depth knowledge of the media landscape (online and offline)
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams, geographies and cultures
- Ability to stay on the pulse of culture across many regions
- Ability to offer qualitative and quantitative rationale for ROI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
