As the Senior Manager of Cultural & Inclusive Insights, you’ll lead the charge on thinking diverse first across the Insights organization to fuel cultural relevance for our brands to resonate with a broader set of consumers. We will look to you to bring your strong understanding of multicultural and inclusive insights and how they influence and integrate with culture. You’ll inform our strategies and help our brands understand how to engage these cohorts in a meaningful way. This position reports to the Senior Director of the Insights function. You will also work closely with our category and Center of Excellence (COE) Insights & Analytics function, the marketing COE and brand teams, our multicultural agencies, as well as our informing our retailers and customers. As a steward of the consumer and shopper, you will serve as a strategic partner in helping our brands leverage insights to drive performance and brand preference among multicultural consumer cohorts .

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Influencer – You’ll be the first person that our teams look to as the expert on multicultural and inclusive insight development and execution, helping develop strategies that are in context and in culture. Bring these shoppers and consumers to life for the organization as you inspire new and exciting thinking and planning.
  • Lead the Way - As you partner with our categories, you will lead a multicultural and inclusive learning agenda. You will define diverse consumer research needs/requirements, objectives, and how research can/will influence strategic plans to ensure meaningful, consistent, and credible connections are made across multiple marketing channels. Educating the marketing organization, you will help them to build embedded cultural intelligence on our teams and keep a pulse on industry best practices.
  • Analytics to Action – You will ensure we have appropriate methods and metrics in place to size the Cultural & Inclusive opportunity. Then, you’ll measure how our strategies and activations are working and determine how we can continue to be more effective and efficient with these important cohorts.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or significant experience in consumer research, marketing analytics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated multicultural market research experience with a marketing team, vendor, and/or agency.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs, identify and prioritize key issues, and translate them into strategic learning plans with clear objectives and methodologies/tools to answer specific business needs.
  • Experience designing, analyzing, and developing recommendations by leveraging data and research across a variety of approaches including qualitative, quantitative, syndicated, and business performance/measurement tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to, influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization, both by formal and informal communications and presentations.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and manage both short- and long-term deliverables.
