Job Description
The Content Coordinator will plan, produce, and shoot creative digital content and social campaigns, engage our online community, and work with influencers. This role will be focused on actively growing our brand content library and engagement and engaging social media influencers to work collaboratively through events and gifting + paid activations. This is a digital-first department.
Although this role has a mixture of marketing coordination, content creation, and influencer marketing tasks, the prominent skills required are:
- Full-time on-site at our Williamsburg, Brooklyn HQ with frequent travel to our Flatiron, Manhattan location.
- This position reports to the Brand Manager.
- Candidates must be able to provide samples of work or a portfolio website when applying and describe the relationship between their content to a business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Provides professional, visually stunning, and impactful copy, photo, and video assets for various channels (examples: website, social media, emails, blog, etc.)
- Ensure the Bathhouse brand standards are properly integrated into all visual designs to create a consistent brand experience and voice.
- Works directly with internal subject matter experts on branded content
- Keep a pulse on current and emerging social media design, trends, and technologies
- Research, storyboard, and develop videos for web and social media content
Influencer Marketing
- Coordination of influencer events: scouting and outreach, nurturing existing relationships with creators, and actively growing our influencer network.
- Own the community management function by engaging and responding to guest comments on our social channels.
- Track and report metrics for organic and paid influencer marketing campaigns.
Desired Skills
- Candidates must be able to provide sample brand work or a portfolio website when applying.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Experience in storyboarding and developing content, and working with an editorial calendar.
- Experience or interest in working with influencers.
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
- Flexibility and creativity to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, results-oriented, and deadline-driven.
