We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is adept at synthesizing various forms of information, including performance data, marketing messages, product attributes, market trends and industry factors. This individual should be skilled in transforming such data into persuasive content that encourages customers to purchase 4Patriots products.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building and scheduling all email campaigns for the team. They work closely with digital marketing, creative and data-management teams to manage project timelines and coordinate assets. They support the larger LTV team with data collection, projection coordination, testing and program maintenance, and special projects as assigned. They coordinate the Split-Testing and Push Programs for the Lifetime Value Team.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:

  • Build, test and schedule email-marketing campaigns; provide a superior brand-appropriate customer experience through email presentation and functionality
  • Work closely with digital marketing, creative and data management teams to manage projects timelines and asset delivery for campaigns.
  • Coordinate the Split-Testing Program for the Lifetime Value Team
  • Coordinate the Push Program for the Lifetime Value Team
  • Accurately track email performance, customer segments & split tests
  • Stay abreast of deliverability best practices & help team adhere to them (ex: spam words)
  • Leverage software tools to maximize Marketing Program efficiency and sophistication.
  • Contribute to department special projects as assigned (ex: building & testing automations emails, organizing and coordinating information for platform migrations, collecting resources for analysis projects)
  • Testing & maintenance of automations workflows
  • Recording data for tests, KPI dashboards, and event performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Track record of success with project management or as a project manager
  • Experience with Wrike or other project-management software such as Workfront, Asana or Monday
  • Strong written & verbal communicator
  • Exceptional detail orientation and accuracy
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • A data-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and ability to work through ambiguity
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate within a multi-department environment

Extra Credit:

  • Direct Response Marketing experience
  • Project Manager certification
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing
