About The Role

AnswersNow, a rapidly growing digital health company, is actively searching for a VP of Growth. As the VP of Growth, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by developing and executing a powerful growth strategy and by building a team culture where everyone holds themselves and one another to high standards of performance and accountability. Leading our B2B2C and B2C channels, you'll be collaborating closely with both our clinical and product teams. Join us as we revolutionize mental healthcare and make a profound impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue and increases our customer base
  • Design a sales framework (e.g. goals, territory assignments, and mix of SDRs, reps, and sales training)
  • Build and lead a team of in-field reps, growth marketers, including demand generation, content marketing, SEO, and others
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment around messaging, positioning and strategy
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure that our product roadmap supports our growth strategy
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to ensure ongoing success
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our growth strategy
  • Identify and test new channels and tactics to drive growth, including social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and others
  • Work with the clinical team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow clinician base

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, growth marketing, demand generation, or related fields
  • Experience building and leading teams and managing budgets
  • Experience with B2B2C relationships
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies for healthcare or technology companies
  • Proactive and strategic thinker
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have high standards and high emotional IQ
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically with reps up to 15%
