About The Role
You will lead high profile influencer and social media initiatives that combine strategy, creativity and innovative execution. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.
- Responsible for the day-to-day client and business management for Samsung Influencer program
- Guide internal and external teams through the process of bringing Influencer programs to life
- Support with strategy, creative and execution to ensure influencer initiatives reach overall brand and business objectives
- Manage client objectives, expectations, timelines and front-line communication
- Oversee overall influencer content publishing plans and calendars. Proactively guide clients on messaging distribution best practices and flag any issues with content publishing.
- Be the brand steward, knowing the intricate details of the guidelines and standards of the brand
- Own content development workflows and identify efficiencies
- Support data team in effectively reporting on program performance and KPI’s; share insights and future recommendations with cross-functional teams and leaders on an ongoing basis
- Effectively run client meetings and lead internal agency team meetings
- Manage and mentor junior team members to support their development
About The Requirements
You’ve got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 6+ years of client-facing agency experience managing the creation and delivery of great work
- 3+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media and/or productions
- Strong understanding of social media paid initiatives and measurement
- Data-informed with passion for delivering measurable performance results
- Demonstrate interest and passion for influencer marketing and social media. Understand the importance of maintaining decorum and professionalism when working with top tier talent and celebrities
- General understanding of influencer landscape and emerging social media trends & platforms is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate solutions and ideas often with minimal guidance
- Organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Demonstrable high level of knowledge of client and agency operations
- Experience forming strong internal and client relationships by being a trusted partner
- Highly accountable with a calm, confident presence
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid office environment - this is not a 100% remote position
