Job Description Summary

  • Under general supervision, develops and executes strategy for one or more marketing initiatives.
  • Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to moderately complex matters and projects.
  • Provides experienced-level analysis in one or more marketing disciplines.
  • Recommends project budgets and forecasts anticipated budget spending.
  • May coach others in less senior positions.

Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to moderately complex matters. Provides analysis and problem-solving techniques. Provide project management and operational support for the Commercial Business Agility Office as we design and implement change efforts.
  • Responsible for updates and modifications to our internal CBAO website. Ensure that the keys steps in our operating model are documented and organize the periodic review, inspect and adapt. Uses the advanced features of Microsoft SharePoint to create pages that enhance usability and promotes productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a digital document repository for customer facing projects. Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements and implement them
  • Leadership for the bi-weekly demo by proactively working across teams to set the agenda, run the meeting, distribute notes and follow-up on action items.
  • Leverage the Agility.ai, Smartsheet, other data sources to create dashboards and data analysis to improve our business agility. Includes using Power-BI and other data tools.
  • Participate in quarterly planning meetings to identify priorities and reflect those in updated FY goals
  • Collaborate across multiple teams involved in our operating model in order to identify gaps and ensure that the plans meet our customer’s needs. Participate in routine ceremonies to communicate status
  • Pro-active to resolve issues to complete goals. Maintain an updated Sprint Plan and Workday goals

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science or related business discipline.
  • One (1) year experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of the broad application of principles, theories, concepts and techniques of marketing disciplines and project management.
  • Good human relations and communication/presentation skills.
  • Strong basic organizational, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Customer-focused orientation.
  • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
  • Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus

  • Microsoft Sharepoint or other web contect creator software
  • Scaled Agile Frame (SAFe) training or certifications
  • Product manager or other roles related to software development
  • Leading departmental/business change activities.
  • Training or certifications in Organizational Change Management

Work Location:

  • Due to the collaborative nature of the role, there is a strong desire to have the selected candidate located in Collierville, Tennessee (a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee). This location offers a hybrid work environment that supports in-person collaboration through onsite Team Days but allows team members flexibility to primarily work from home the rest of the time.
