Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Brand Communications/Impact team to develop assets, create toolkits, and seamlessly roll-out campaigns across our global markets.
  • Assist in crafting an impactful strategy that aligns with our brand purpose and values, and actively contribute to the execution of impactful activations.
  • Own the development of social media assets for various non-innovation initiatives, including sustainability, education, purpose, and industry achievements.
  • Support our corporate and brand communications through handling interview requests, writing press releases, and contribute to other essential brand communication projects.
  • Take charge of managing PR awards and licensing initiatives in close coordination with internal departments.
  • Be the guardian of our brand reputation by diligently monitoring and filing press mentions, ensuring our efforts receive the recognition they deserve.
  • Proactively fulfill product requests, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with our influencer and consumer engagement team, offering your support to key programs as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, including submitting invoices and inputting creative briefs, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • You bring a wealth of experience in public relations and communications, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and brand building.
  • Your digital savviness is second nature to you, and you are always on top of the latest trends and tools in the industry.
  • Your exceptional writing skills allow you to adapt to our brand voice effortlessly, effectively reaching diverse audiences across press, social media, and internal channels.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and visual skills are your superpowers, enabling you to prioritize and execute tasks seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other related software, is a must.
