Digital Media Management (DMM) is a leading full service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.
We are currently seeking an Influencer Partnerships Manager, Gaming to join our fun and growing Influencer Partnerships team. The Influencer Partnerships Manager, Gaming will create and manage strategic influencer campaigns from start to finish, as well as help grow our gamer database in Creator Lab, a digital platform that connects influencers with each other and our brand clients. You will be responsible for building meaningful and impactful relationships with influencers and creators and partnering with them on campaigns relating to DMM’s growing roster of gaming clients. You will be required to stay up to date on what’s hot in the gaming industry and influencers in the space. We’re looking for someone who understands the features and functionality of all gaming platforms, social media platforms, has a creative and strong eye for detail, the ability to multi-task and manage campaigns at different stages of execution, and a passion for gaming and influencer marketing.
Your Impact:
- Stay up-to-date on digital/gaming trends and platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with Gaming Influencers and their managers
- Manage the successful execution of all campaigns (ensure campaigns are on schedule, on budget, and meet/exceed client expectations), utilizing the Creator Lab platform where appropriate
- Create detailed workback schedules with deadlines and deliverables for all phases of production, as well as creative briefs and other influencer-related documentation
- Manage all phases of Influencer discovery, selection, pricing, contract negotiation, and final payouts
- Work directly with Influencers on the production of their content and facilitate timely client approvals
- Monitor and report on campaign progress and performance throughout the campaign, and develop post-campaign wrap-up reports with insights and data analysis of campaign success and performance
- Build case studies highlighting our gaming campaigns and experience
- Amplify content through paid media boosting for select campaigns, including the whitelisting of Influencers’ social channels
- Contribute to team goals related to the growth of Creator Lab and overall Gaming strategy
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in social media analytics and reporting
- 2+ years of experience managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in gaming technology, i.e. PC/console/mobile devices
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or account management. Gaming experience is a must. Experience working on multicultural influencer campaigns within a social/digital agency or brand environment is preferred
- Experience with or knowledge of paid amplification processes (post boosts) is required
- Reliable and self-sufficient with a strong ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize responsibilities
- Existing relationships with gaming influencers and creators
- Stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
