Due to continuing growth and development of the North America LEGOLAND Resorts Digital team, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis, and located in our Orlando Office.
About The Role...
You will excel at delivering and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels, including paid search, performance display, and paid social. With the support of our third-party agencies, you will create and manage these campaigns to drive traffic, revenue, and ROI, ultimately achieving our business goals. Our success is measured by the effective delivery of key campaigns across our brand portfolio.
You will ensure all campaigns are data-led, and will brief first-party data segments to our CRM team, supplying it to the third-party agency for execution. Your day-to-day operations will encompass managing PPC accounts and supporting paid social campaigns, including planning, setup, tracking, and KPI analysis.
You will also facilitate the delivery of campaigns across performance display networks and take ownership of the paid media briefing process to ensure effective communication. Weekly reporting, competitor analysis, and promoting best practices will be integral to your approach. Additionally, you will actively seek growth opportunities through innovative approaches in the social and display space. By executing these objectives, you will drive impactful paid media campaigns, maximize ROI, and foster continuous business growth.
About You...
- You will have good working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, and key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube);
- Hands on experience of running paid media campaigns ideally via in-house with minimal agency support
- Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running within a hand on role
