About This Team
This role sits within the WW Partner Programs team; a team that builds and manages Partner programs to accelerate business, drive consistency and achieve operational efficiencies. As we embrace our new partner go-to-market operating model, we need Partner programs that are future-fit and this individual contributor role will own the management of our Cloud Software Group Fusion Partner Program.
Job Description
This individual contributor role is responsible for the management and evolution of our Cloud Software Group Fusion Partner Program. This program provides the framework for GSI, SI, MSP, and VAR routes to market, encompassing their program requirements and program benefits.
In this Worldwide role you will work closely with a broad group of stakeholders, to ensure that the program is profitable and predictable for our partners, and that it aligns closely with business needs. As the subject matter expert of the program, you will manage the program on a day to day basis, ensuring relevant teams are enabled and that the program framework is being applied consistently and compliantly.
Using your industry expertise, data insight, and feedback from partners and internal teams, you will be required to identify improvement areas for the program. Financial acumen, the ability to solicit and listen to feedback and be creative in solutioning, are all key role attributes.
You will work with the broader WW Partner Programs team, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, Enablement teams and with stakeholders across the entire WW Field Sales & Channel Organization. The role is a position that requires experience of managing a channel reseller program, attention to detail, tenacity and a strong ability to execute. Cloud Software Group operates a strong partner centric go-to-market strategy, and this role plays a significant part in ensuring we make it easy for our partners to do business with us.
This individual reports directly to the Senior Director, WW Partner Programs and is required to work collaboratively with multiple teams and individuals Worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Management of the Cloud Software Group Fusion Partner Program which includes GSI, SI, MSP, and VAR routes to market
- Scoping and implementation of program improvements
- Change management - planning and delivering against communication plans
- Key influencer, listener of stakeholders & collaboration with multiple teams
- Exceptional communicator and confidence in presenting to internal teams and partners
- Driving internal processes and methodologies to evaluate and model the potential business and Partner impact of global program changes
- Identify opportunities, issues and conclude feedback from field teams and stakeholders, to improve partner experience
- Using data and field/partner feedback to propose recommendations on the Channel Initiatives, which align with company strategy and promote best partner experience
Required Experience/Skills
- 10+ years + proven industry experience with a track record of managing Partner Programs
- Deep understanding of the channel eco-system
- Subscription go to market methodology
- Strong Project Management experience and Business Judgement
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Passionate “can-do“ attitude with a drive to constantly seek areas of improvement
Education
Higher Education, degree or higher, or equivalent job related experience
Pay & Benefits Summary
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
CA generally ranges $154k-$206k (min-max)
